How it Works

Summary: Opportunity to join NESTT

  • The collision of IOT, Fog, AI, Cloud, 5G, AR/VR is raising many opportunities at the intersection of technology development, business and social impact — this is too big for one company to figure out and go solo

  • Member benefits include:
    • Gain early access to cutting-edge, multi-university, cross-disciplinary research on IOT as well as insights of emerging or weak signals and trends;
    • Gain access to royalty-free, non-exclusive IP rights from all universities with option to perform exclusive/separate deep dives;
    • Leverage federal and university investments to increase ROI of sponsored research by 50%
      • Typical sponsored research of $1M gets ~$600K towards scope vs. via NESTT gets ~$900K towards scope;
    • Directly influence prioritization and selection of projects for implementation;
    • Participate in custom designed, expert facilitated, open strategy workshops on wicked problems;
    • Participate in periodic research insights sharing, give/get feedback and guide directions;
    • Access to a stream of growing university partners, research teams and specialized facilities;
    • Access to a pipeline of technical and multi-disciplinary talent;
    • Next steps include:
    • Agree/submit letter of interest;
    • Participate in open strategy workshop at ASU (TBD ~ by end of Q3/2018);
